PRESIDENT: The President is responsible for establishing an agenda for and presiding over all PAB meetings and may represent the Preschool at church and other community functions. The President manages the PAB's goal setting process, the activities of other PAB officers, and other PAB activites.

VICE PRESIDENT: The Vice President is responsible for organizing parent volunteers for activities throughout the year (including the Halloween Parade, Family & Me Nights, etc). Additionally, the Vice President may help with marketing for the Preschool. The Vice President will also assume presidential duties when the President is not available.

SECRETARY: The Secretary is responsible for generating and maintaining minutes of all official Preschool Parent and PAB meetings, developing and distributing monthly Preschool parent newsletters, updating and maintaining Preschool Policy Manual, and typing and distributing other communications as necessary.

PURCHASING COORDINATOR: The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for all classroom and director's office storage inventories and purchasing of supplies, materials, and equipment for the Preschool. Additionally, this person may help with fundraising.

COORDINATOR MANAGER: The Coordinator Manager oversees the activities of all coordinators. The Coordinator Manager is responsible for working with the other coordinators to schedule workdays for all parent helpers during the school year and to verify the parent helpers are in their assigned classrooms.

WORKDAY COORDINATOR: The Workday Coordinator works with the Coordinator Manager to assign workdays for all parents during the school year, verifies that parents are in their workday assignments, and accomplishes other duties as deemed necessary. Additionally, the Coordinator is in charge of organizing Lunch Bunch.

TREASURER COORDINATOR: The Treasurer Coordinator works with the Coordinator Manager to assign workdays for all parents during the school year and manages financial transactions for Lunch Bunch. This person may be asked to help the Preschool Director with basic bookkeeping.
